I have just recently download the mandrake linux 8 isos and have been preparing for an install on my current machine which has been running win2k for 16 months without a hitch.

My quesstions include due mandrake or any linux run well dual booted with Win 2k or has microsoft assed me out of yet another OS.

Next due recent distros of linux have decent radeon support?
havnet been able to find this in any forums. I plan to change my video card to a radeo VE so i can have dual monitors in atleast windows off of one video card and share one of the monitors with my new gaming rig.

These are my two main concerns, but any helpfull tidbits of pertinent information i may have overlooked or tips from past experience would be most welcome.

Thanks

There have been plenty of posts in several threads about people dual booting with win2k so I would guess that it works. Good luck :)
