linux and Win2k ICS -- possible?

Hi, I've got a win2k box w/ a winmodem [ungh]. I am an aspiring linux user [mandrake 7.2]. Is it possible to setup these computers to let the linux one use the win2k box's winmodem over my network?

already have a 10/100 network setup, and am extremely familiar with win2k's ics and networking setup. I am not so hardcore with linux.

any help is appreciated, thanks
