Linux and Java classes in Jersey?

I'm going on some training soon, and I am interested in taking Linux classes. Other people in the software department are interested in Java, so I was wondering if anybody had any ideas of REPUTABLE training people that could offer certication-level courses. I don't care particularly for the certs -- but I do care for the quality of the course.

Thanks for any help and also, the courses don't have to be at the same place. If one place has good Linux courses, and another has good Java courses, that's cool with me 🙂
