Linksys WRT54GL

KK

Lifer
Just hooked this router up today and was wanting to know which firmware, 3rd party or linksys would be the best for my needs. Basically my needs are for the VoIP to work as good as it can, second raise my wireless range to hit the other side of the house with a decent level. Third, would be to keep others out. I usually just only allow certain MAC addresses in via the wireless network, as my neighbors aren't smart so I don't need to worry so much about that as keeping folks from coming in via the internet cable connection. Pretty much a noob when it comes to setting any security.

Thanks

I put the dd-wrt 23 sp 2, voip version, on the router, anything special I need to do for the VOIP to work best.
