Linksys Support SUCKS!

I have never owned any linksys products. And after this I will never again.

I bought a WUSGF54G USB WIFI Finder, from Newegg. After about a month the battery went out. So I sent it back to RMA since it had a 1 year warranty. I sent this to Linksys on October 13th.
I recently after many calls and emails received my return RMA on Jan. 24th. Yes over 3 months later. (this is a whole other issue)
Only to find they sent me back the wrong product. I call them back up, and they applogize once again. I ask to speak with a manager/sup. and they decline. the CSR tells me now that I will receive via email shippings labels to print out so I can once again return this wrong item. Now I hae not heard, nor will they return my emails.

Linksys - Go F--k yourselfs, and your damn Indian CSR reps......have fun with with the BBB complaint I filed on your a$$.....BTW....my father works for them(BBB).....so beleive me when I say it will be at your doorstep with a pretty big dent on your satisfaction %, until you resolve this.

 
It's horrible....I am amazed that there isn't more complaining about there support. I just lookedat there stats through the BBB. They've had 200 complaints in the last year. And they've answered all of them. That's good news for me. Haha.....now the ball is in my court.......come to me Linksys......come to me...I'll be waiting...... 🙂

You RMA'd it because the battery died? I'd probably be screwing with you too. :laugh:

It's an internal battery that cannot be replaced or changed out.......WUSBF54G.
