Linksys Router Not Working Anymore

We have the linksys router setup with one computer plugged in right now. We have SBC DSL, and set it up as PPOE with the correct username/password, but it still cannot connect to the server. We've tried resetting it, unplugging it but nothing seems to be working. What should I do to get the router to connect to the DSL?

Does it (DSL) work dircetly connected to the computer ?

Yes the DSL works properly when directly connected to the computer.

thats odd. i'm using linksys too with sbc. pppoe with user name(full email) and pw.. works. do a full router reset
