Linksys router - networking newbie question

okay, im at virginia tech and i want to share my connection between my pc's....
Right now on the router
without router

a few days ago my router didn't have the upload problem....the firmware has been upgraded long b4 this problem

linksys model BEFW11S4

4 port switch
wireless router

have you checked your MTU & RWin? it is also possible hard-reseting the router will work.
