Linksys Router - How Do I Find What The IP Is?

My friend asked me to setup the router and I tried the usual 192.168.0.1, but it cannot find the router. Everything's connected, but they said they changed their router ip, but not sure what.

How can I find the IP if they changed it?

default is 192.168.1.1

but if they actually changed the LAN IP of the router AND DHCP is still turned on check your connection settings and what the gateway is. that would be the router's ip.

well if their network still works, just check out default gateway/dhcp address..

if it doesn't, download angry ip scannner and find it.
