Linksys QuickVPN setup

trying to setup a VPN for a small business using the included Linksys quickVPN software and a Linksys RV082 router

I have created 1 test tunnel on the router (with what I think are the right settings...) and created the client account with login/pass. But when I try to connect using the client it simply won't connect.

I'm thinking the error lies within the tunnel setup as I'm not overly confident there.
