LinkSys or Netgear ADSL Router (UK)

I'm looking at getting an ADSL router and can't decide between the two.

Is MIMO worth the extra if I have thick walls in this old house here in UK.?

I'm a Brit, but it's not like ADSL routers are different in Britain than everywhere else, so what does it matter?

I like the Linksys WRT54G myself (not v5), it's open source and the versions before v5 can take some great 3rd party firmware. There are some more powerful things these days though so maybe you should read a few reviews.

Are the interior walls brick/stone in this old house?

sad to say..I have had horrible troubles with all linksys routers except for the non-wireless ones.

So I would say netgear, as they have never froze up on me.
