LinkSys Home router and FTP site

I have FTP service running on my Windows 2000 pc. How can the internet see my FTP services through the Linksys home router. My ip is now a static internal LAN IP and not an internet IP.

I have set up forwarding and a DMZ IP. Help.

if you set up forwarding, whats the problem? make sure you just reference port 21 to the proper internal ip.

Okay, but which IP do I use for my FTP? the router's internet IP? I have tried that and it doesn't work.

For the outside world to access your FTP server, you need to let them know the IP address your ISP provides you, whether it's static or dynamic.
