Linksys EA6300 (AC1200) router needs reset weekly, AC drops connection??

Please help me fix my linksys ac1200 router. I have to reset the router once or twice every week because the connection slows down to a crawl and the internet stops working and this is all on the N 2.4ghz band. My 5ghz AC dropped within 5 minutes of gaming even in the same room so I never even use AC since I bought this 6months ago.

From my furthest room in a 2bed condo about 2 rooms (30 feet) away I get 1-2 MBps on speed tests. After reset I get 6 Mbps.

From 0 feet away from router after reset I get 17 Mbps down and my cable is 50 Mbps

Tests were on an iphone6


Maybe it's not configured properly? What info do you guys need?

How come my AC doesn't work even in the same room? Gets overloaded within minutes of gaming worse than the 2.4ghz

Same exact problem here! Thinking of returning the router... 🙁
