Hello all,
Right now I have a Linksys DSL router and a webserver running on it using port forwarding. However, I'll be adding a second server which will be running RealServer (streaming media) which needs access to multiple/ranges UDP ports which port forwarding does not support.
My plan was to have my webserver run with port forwarding of port 80 (web) and 25 (smtp) and then put the RealServer on the DMZ. Can you have port forwarding and DMZ at the same time?
I'd like all port 80 and 25 requests to go to the webserver and then all other requests go the the RealServer. But I'm afraid that if I put the Realserver on the DMZ, then none of the webrequests will go to the webserver but instead get picked up by the RealServer.
I hope I made it clear what I need and that somebody knows the answer. Thanks..
