Linksys BEFSX41 Firewall/Router

I am planning on purchasing a firewall/router for my wired home network and I came across the Linksys BEFSX41 Firewall/Router. I currently have a Windows 2000 Server and 4 XP Pro machines on a network. The internet connection is shared thru my server and I have a software firewall on the server.

If I purchase the Linksys BEFSX41 Firewall/Router will I need software firewalls on each individual desktop or is the Linksys BEFSX41 secure enough?

It should be fine for incoming threats, but it will not help you from outgoing threats.
