Linksys BEFR41 firmware upgrade

I've been trying the last two days to download the lastest upgrade, but can't get the link to work. Has anyone been able to get the link to work?

I've tried three different computers with different connections to the interent.

The newest was 1.34 but I just checked out their ftp site and the newest is 1.33.1 beta so maybe they pulled it.

They pulled the 1.33.1 firmware back and decided that it was beta :| I installed the 1.34, and it lacked the logging feature that 1.33.1 had, which I find much better than having to log into the router everytime I want to see the logs.

I reflashed back to 1.33.1, so I could keep the logging feature. I haven't had any problems with it at all. 1.34 is fine for someone who doesn't necessarily care about the log feature.......

everything works ? no.. quake 3 doesn't
the latest firmware is on the linksys ftp.. connect manually and go to /pub/network

1.34 seems faster and more responsive

I have been unsuccessful in flashing the firmware of my BEFR11. Still using the original 1.23. I have tried flashing 1.34 from 3 different computers. The computers are running Win98SE or Win2k and are connected to the router via an 8 port 10/100 switch and Intel 10/100+ or 10/100+ Management NICs. Do I have to turn the router off or reset it before the flash? Thanks for all the responses, guys.

Hmmm Quake 3 plays fine.
I have played it for several hours when I couldn't stay on Tribes servers.
