What are the differences between the Linksys 5 port 10/100/200 compared to this : -Link DI-804 Broadband Gateway with 4-Port Switch ? If so the Link DI 804 is better isn't it.... as it has a gateway as well while at the same time it functions as a switch as well.

How does the Linksys 5 port 10/100/200 get up to 200 mbps ? Can the DI 804 does that as well ? How is the performance for either one of them ? What I want is having a switch while at the same time surf the net as well. Can the Linksys 10/100/200 do that as well ?

One is just a switch, the other is a "router" with a built-in switch. The D-Link does NAT and DHCP, and allows you to share an internet connection without software. The first doesn't.

It's called duplex. They're referring to two way traffic, it is still 100Mbps one way. The vast majority of switches do this. In other words, it's marketing BS.
