Linkstation Pro and Sabnzbd (and other usenet software)

I am looking into getting a Linkstation Pro.. this one in particular

and was wondering if anybody had any experience with the Linkstation Pro, and whether it would work real well on there in terms of resources. I know it is possible to put it on there. I'd also want to be able to use Sickbeard as well.
