Links to threads giving errors

Or if the threads are more than 90 days old, they've likely been archived.

Try adding &arctab=y to the end of the link, if it's archived, it will then show up.

bgc99 might want to mark that as the answer, since adding the &arctab=y brings up the thread in question.

Adding &arctab=y did bring up the thread, thanks. It seems kind of dumb to archive threads that are linked by threads that are still active though.

It would be extremely difficult to track which threads are linked to each other and are still active, ecspecially considering how big the AnandTech database is. As it stands now all threads that have gone longer than 90 days with no activity are archived. Seems like a perfectly sensible system to me.

If you don't want a thread you are linking to go in to the archive, then by all means bump it before the 90 day window closes.
