Links Help!

I am unable to click on links within all web sites including e-mail.

I had no problems until last week. My other pc and laptop are fine.

I am using Internet Explorer and Windows Xp Professional.

I have tried and run Spybot and Adaware but still cannot use links.

I would appreciate any help!
