Links broken in iOS Tapatalk...

I don't know if something changed in the way the forum handles links or if something changed in the way Tapatalk handles them, but I can't open links in Safari. They still work on other Tapatalk-supported forums.

They still open within Tapatalk, but this does not use my cookies/logins and often causes problems with certain webpages:

I can't even get to the address bar to copy a URL with the in-app browser!

Please fix this.

From our end Tapatalk is pretty much a set-it and forget-it system. There's almost nothing to configure, and certainly we haven't made any configuration changes in many months. So my initial diagnosis is that this is an issue with the Tapatalk client and/or your network.

Which version of Tapatalk are you on, and which version of iOS? I'm running the latest versions of both (TT 5.5.0 and iOS 9.2.1) on an iPhone 6s, and selecting a link immediately takes me to Safari. In fact I don't even know how to open up something within Tapatalk on this version (since they change it so frequently). So I cannot replicate this issue at all.

Meanwhile the error in your second image further makes me think that it's a TT issue. pt.tapatalk.com is a redirect they force the TT client to use when accessing any URLs. That your phone can't seem to access the domain is odd, but it's also something well out of our control. At this point I'm not sure we can do anything for you.:|

I'm using Tapatalk 5.5 on iOS 9.2. It seemed to be a problem with a change in how Tapatalk handled referral URLs because it happened right after the last update. It looks like it's a problem with Purify because it worked when I reload without content blockers. I'll have to add their referral domain to the whitelist. Thanks!
