Links 2001... Anyone have it? Any thoughts?

I haven't picked mine up yet but I read it is much improved over previous versions. Any thoughts?

To return to the days of cour$e pack$ is not for me. I understand LS 2001 includes a course architect (finally...only took 'em how many years?). If that takes off and downloadable courses aren't too unwieldly, I may bite especially since the Jack Nicklaus series got sh!t canned.

Can't believe the resolution limit is still 1280, btw. No excuse for that either. And where are the true weather effects i've been dying to see in a golf sim??? Huh, huh?! Where are they?
