Linking Email to the Calendar in Outlook XP

Is there any way to do the following in Outlook XP.

Say I have an entry in my Calendar for today about a meeting @ 4PM.
I received an email earlier today from my associate with valuable information for the meeting. Is there any way to link this calendar entry to the email i received? I normally would have to copy and paste the email body in the big box in the calendar window.
