That's the annoying side of it, but for someone like me who has to maintain a large contact list in a high turnover industry, it is a great networking tool.

I had only 3-4 contacts and no too many in my network, then my cousin added me, who is a sales manager at Cisco, suddenly I had links to 50,000 Cisco, Google, Microsoft, and GE Employees its been interesting to see who i have out there.
