It's around 100-125mg per 8oz serving. Depends upon the roast and brewing.

[edit] that's for "normal" coffee. Not the fraps/caps/ect.
 
It's going to vary a lot. Roast and brewing are factors but if you're getting expresso drinks the person behind the bar is going to make the biggest difference.
