I remember this thread from a while ago, but can't find it now. It was a member here who built his own media room and had something like ~30 15" subs in it, built into the flooring, etc. Anyone remember what I'm talking about?

his would be the opposite of cheap ;)

I didn't mean to say cheap for sharkeeper, but I thought he had tons of subs in rows in his place.

Nothing like getting your ass kicked as a part of the movie.

War of the Worlds attack scene (at the ferry) 142 dB at 22 Hz according to the B & K with the mic 23' from the main nest vent. That is fvcking loud. The air moving rolls a tennis ball nicely across the floor and I'm trying to video tape this but the air pressure is making the camera malfunction (tape mistrack). This is insane.

My wife was outside and said it sounded like heavy earth moving equipment was in use behind the house! bwahahahaha!

EDIT: Attack Sound

Fvck train horns. That sound will give anyone nightmares especially when things start flying off the shelves and the lights go out...
