I'd pick up this, with as many of the adjoining pieces of property as I could. Probably either tear down or renovate the existing house, but I'd love to live in that exact spot.

Edit: post the cost of the property. If I were to pay asking price on those, it would be about 1.3 mil. If I bought a few more of the adjoining properties, it would probably be about 2.5. Of course, I think their asking price is about double the actual worth, but still...

As in my wildest dreams loaded to my eyeballs stupid rich property....

Or more like if I completely sold off all my worldly belongings forsake my retirement and went all in on something actually feasible...but not realistic...property?

Text is cheap - how about one of each?

Is this a little too much? Text

Edit: I'm trying to find something that I'd actually want...nothing yet.

Probably this one which I walk by every single day.

and then maybe this one if I felt like moving overseas and retiring (which I really do).

I like your taste.

Now to just save up enough so I can buy both of them. :)

it is only leased (max. of 8 years lease... 4 years at a time) ;). The OP question includes the term "buy" :p

My thoughts too :p

Actually the house that is kitty-corner to the left of that house in the picture is the house I'm renting for my honeymoon :p

Don't have a link to it, because it's not for sale, but the little junky rental house next door to me. Been wanting to buy it for 10+ years, but the guy isn't reasonable in the least about it. 8-(
