Link My Pictures/My Music to Shared folders in XP Start Menu?

I am setting up my new box, and would like to make things as convenient for my girlfriend as they are for me.

I would like to put all of our pictures and music into the shared folders, as this will make it easier sharing out to our media centers as well.

But then I would like the My Pictures and My Music links on the right hand side of the XP start menu to point to the locations under the all users location.

How can I do this? I cannot seem to find how. These can't be changed like normal shortcuts it seems...

That works well, but what if I want my My Documents folder to stay in the same place? I would like us to have different My Documents folders but our links in the start menu for My Pics and My Music to go to the same place.
