Toro 45, I'm having the same problem but I think you are much closer t o it. I've been unable to get to Mika's since at least Saturday night. Looks like there is a problem in one of the nodes (router) owned by www.bctel.net according to a tracert I did from a DOS prompt:
tracert 204.209.128.157 (same as teamanandtech.dhs.org)

as seen in THIS thread.

Please do a tracert from your machine and call your ISP and ask them for help reaching this "needed" site!

Thanks for the link Jim, That did'nt go through for me either(on cable).

Divide_by_zero,I jusy got cable hooked up a couple of days ago & thats when my trouble started. After reding your reply I tried the link on my dial up & it went right through.I figured it must be a cable problem.I'll contact them when I get back.
