Lately I started getting alot of freezes in games and just in general use with a pattern of colored lines and bars. Is this a indication that my Ati Radeon is starting to go bad or a Power Supply Problem. I have
a EP-8k7a+ and I get a real low voltage reading on the 5v rail. Sometimes as low as 4.60. I know this can
be a problem when overclocking but would it effect the VC card also?
