Ordered a back massager. It's not like I ordered 15 random items, I ordered ONE thing. Ordered at 3:45pm Tuesday, got off work at 5, ran errands, went to LNT to pickup my order at 6:45 STILL not ready. Spoke to the mananger and he acted like I was an idiot for expecting my order to be ready within 3 HOURS. CC does it in 24 minutes or less! Fast forward to the next day and my order is STILL not ready.
Can't cancel the order, can't have them ship it to me instead. Gee, I'm sure glad they have the convienence of in store pickup.
