Any modifications they make to GPL software has to be open. Anything else can be whatever license they want.
I'm pretty sure GPL only requires a finished product to release it's code...So how come Lindows isn't free?
Is this a violation of the GPL?
SuSE at least provide net install.

If it's based on Linux then any modifications they make have to be made available in the form of source code.So you mean it will be available freely when it releases?
