Limiting bandwidth with internet connection sharing.

I'd like to share my broadband connection with a couple of other machines in my house but i want to limit their bandwidth. Does XP have this capability or will i need some 3rd party software?
 
Could use a software program to limit the connection speed. I used the program in the past on a computer on my network. They got a 28 day trial version on the site to try. Plus they got a new beta version there too. Dont know if that is a limited trial too or not.
