Limited space on SSD, what should I install on it?

I just bought a 40GB SSD and use it as a boot drive for Windows 7. There's another traditional hard drive in the system that I plan to install other programs on, but I don't know specifically what programs I should install on the SSD that would need the speed. Should I install the antivirus software on the SSD and web browsers like firefox? Or would that take up too much space?
 
Startup programs: yes.
Programs you use at least once per day (browsers, Office, etc): yes.
Games: depends. Search some of the previous posts I've made about this issue.
