Question Limit WAN access but allow LAN access

Intel NUC, Netgear R6220 router/WiFi

I would like the NUC not to have access to the WAN or to be accessible by the WAN but to have access to another PC on the LAN.

Not sure how to do this.

Set a static IP for your NUC PC, but don't set a gateway IP for it.
