Limit bandwidth to websites

I'll be the first to admit that my discipline in self-control is... limited. I spend far too much time on AT and a couple of other websites. But right now I need to buckle down and study.

I'm looking for a way to restrict my access to websites on a bandwidth type of basis. Something like 5 MB in 5 hrs. Hopefully it'll help me control myself a little better. It'll help me quantify how much time I'm wasting (right now I lose track of time), and help me taper down my browsing habits.

So is there anything out there that will help me better control my putzing around time? I've got DD-WRT on my router and run OS X.

Edit: I saw the thread about using access restrictions in DD-WRT. I'm looking for the bandwidth basis specifically.

Damn I remember using netlimiter back in the day to restrict my download bandwidth.. It looks like netlimiter would do the trick but I'm running OS X now. I'm looking into Littlesnitch, but I don't think it does what I want. I might give the demo a whirl if I can't find anything in the next day or so though.
