Limewire

I have a problem with my limewire program, it was working fine the other day and now when I try to start up I get a message saying.
"Limewire was unable to intialize a start. This is usually due to a firewall program blocking limewires access to the internet or loopback connections on the local machine. Please allow limewire to access the internet and restart limewire."

the problem is that I haven't messed with my firewall conncetions, I tried turning them off and running it and it still didn't work, so I think it has something to do with loopback but I have no idea what this is.
