LimeWire - worth the trouble or just more spyware

I haven't used Limewire for music file sharing, but I got nervous when reading about some of the "extra" programs that come with it. Does Limewire install spyware along with its P2P software? If so, can I just run Ad-Aware afterwards to clear it off?
 
Yea Limewire does contain Spyware, running Ad-aware afterwards should get rid of it all. I allways use Kazaa Lite which is the same as Kazaa but with all the crap and Spyware removed
