LILO error?

Hi.
I've tried to install RedHat6.2 atleast 6 times now.
I get as far as completely installing the OS and gettign LILO to successfully recognize my partition with the root directory, but during the loading process the prompt displays a Kernel Panic Error saying "In swapper task - not syncing."

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I take it you made a swap partition. LILO is fine. You're having some sort of problem with the swap synching up and the kernel is puking out there when loading.
 
Yes, I do have a swap partition.
LILO seems to be running fine but linux just doesn't want to boot up?
Any ideas how to fix this?
