Guys, I see a lot of men doing this (myself included). They keep talking about how great this girl is, they keep telling themselves how amazing they are, they convince themselves that this girl is the only girl for them and that she's perfect in every way. Don't do that to yourself, she's not that great. :p Sure, maybe she's a lot of fun, really great, but she is not like a goddess to worship and think only positively like she is the greatest at everything and is never wrong or anything.

I have done this before, I admit, and I'm sure most guys here have. But really, she's not any better than you!

Happy camping...they really like it when you pitch a good tent. heh

So next time you like a girl, remember this! You'll have a lot more confidence and actually do better in the field.

Also, not caring works I find. If you kinda like a girl, but don't really care if anything happens or what she thinks of you...damn, you're set. Seriously...it's amazing. The less you care, the more confidence you have, the better you are before any relationship. (I can't stress, the before enough, once you are in a relationship, you really have to care and can't be playing the field or whatever. :p)

Just a lil advice about stuff I have picked up in the last 6 months. Hope it gets you some play. :)

Basically what you are saying is an old phrase I have heard:

Regardless of how good she looks,remember, there is someone out there somewhere tired of her sh!t.

Sluggo, yeah, delude is a much better word there. I was thinking in a different context, like you are diluting your mind, thinning it out...whatever, delude is a better word there. :p

Good advice... I know in the past i've been so disillusioned. I just take a look at a girl, maybe talk to her for 1 minute and think she's the girl for me. I become SOOOOOOOO obsessed its insane. Like Zippy says... she is NOT a goddess to worship. Treat her like a person, and once she enjoys your company as much as you enjoy her's... then tell her how you REALLY feel. ;)

That advice stinks :p I worship all women, I spread flower petals on the ground in which they walk, they say jump...I fly... they say drop down and give me 10....I give 'em 50....they want that gold ring ...I give 'em diamonds.....and so on......whip me baby one more time! *owch*...I love you....*owch* yeaa baby your the one...*owch*....nice shoes.....

i know i kind of get the whole....she is the only one for me thing...and end up caring to much before asking someone out.....so i figure that once u start to like someone don't sit around and wait for a &quot;perfect oportunity&quot; b/c then it will just get harder

(ps im writting without looking at the screen ...headache)

one of my good friends everytime he sees a girl he likes he writes huge poems and treats the person as if they are the center of the universe and then once broken up calls them satan and horrible things when before she was a goddess with which he would waste all his time....and wouldn't do anything with me damnit +P stupid friends spending all their time with their gf's and none with their friends AT ALL
