Does anyone know how to create a small network the one we ususally see in samll office or school which is using Winodws NT or Windows XP. And you have to put in Username and password in the login page and those informations have to pass by the server station before they can login....

HOW?

you need to set up a erver for the clients (winXP) to log into. You can either get windows server 2000, 2003 or a small business server 2000. Once you install it on to a computer setup a domain and uesrs. this isn't a task that can just be jotted down for you though as it could be quite extensive based on what your needs are. your best bet is to start at M$'s website and look at the different windows servers to see which will best meet your needs. be prepaired to do some serious reading and devote quite sometime to setting it up. If you are not up for it see about hiring someone who is skilled in this (like an MCSE) to set it up for you.

i would reccomend getting someone who knows what they are doing also as there are many things that could go wrong and create huge security holes in the network

Judging from your post, I suggest buying a book on beginning networking with 'domains.' That's exactly what you're looking for, but as the others have said, it's quite complicated, and each version of Windows seemto make it more, not less, complex.
