my wedding will be graced with rain all day long. Wife-to-be is really bummed out about the rain as we picked our venue based on its outside grounds (country club). We had our heart set on an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful garden. I'm trying to stay upbeat about it, but it's kinda sucks knowing it will be dark and dreary all day long and not bright and sunny tomorrow.

update 6/22/09
it rained all day on Sat and we didnt get to have an outside wedding like we wanted. But the wedding was still a blast! Almost everyone was on the dance floor!!!

Ive been to Aruba also. Aruba is more fun, but the beaches are better in the Bahamas

It supposed to lucky for a 'fertile' marriage. Whether that is good or bad is debateable.

A local jewelery store had a thing where if it rained on your wedding day, they paid for your engagement/wedding rings (well reimbursed you for them since they already were purchased by the time of the wedding obviously).

Too bad you didn't have that with your wedding ring...

Congratulations. This rain we've been getting is really annoying me.

We were in a similar situation with our wedding, but the indoor venue really wasn't even big enough to hold everyone who was coming. We got really lucky... it was 95 degrees out, but no rain. It rained 2 miles south of where we were, but it didn't rain on our wedding.
