Lights off?

When you use the computer at night time, do you sit in the dark with lights off or do you sit with room lights turned on?

Both, I normally turn them on at some point, it has to be damaging being so dark with a bright screen.

my ibm has a little LED on it that i turn on when the other lights in the room are off.
