Is it possible? I'm not going to be around my PC for a while. I'm wondering if I can load up Lightroom on my netbook (1.7Ghz with 1GB of ram) and try to use it that way.
I'm not going to do any serious editing at all. In fact, I only really want to do this so I can catalogue the images as I go rather than dump all my photos later as a I try to remember where each one belonged. There are also some images that i only prefer to have smaller sized jpgs, and other images where I preer to have the full sized raw to later work with.
Is it possible to move over my catalogue from my netbook and have it merge seamelessly with my main rig?
And yes I know the netbook will make it incredibly annoying to use (Although i'm hoping still bearable), but I'm okay with that because I really just want it to organize photos...not to make any photo edits
