I hope the next server I play will have an "über badass" who gets the keg of health, full shields, and 48 rockets and then kills everyone before they can even get a weapon that doesn't suck ass. UT has failed miserably in that one weapon is obviously better than the others and it makes the game totally unfun.

I hate the lightning gun. I use the assault rifle over that.

I hope the next server I play will have an "über badass" who gets the keg of health, full shields, and 48 rockets and then kills everyone before they can even get a weapon that doesn't suck ass. I was waiting for that. However those who played on my server for about a week would probably say differently, if not, then I really don't care. The fact is that this game has major flaws in this department and they won't be getting my money for it.

no flak cannon in the demo ctf map. and i haven't figured out where it is on the BR map. ah well, i have the lightning gun.

I've found it fairly balanced so far. Each weapon can totally own the others, in the right hands. And I don't like the lightning gun much because I'm more of a twitchy melee shooter, but I love the way it sets people on fire.

I just checked, its in the west room (if facing the blue goal) its the room between the center and outside, is on the upper level similar to where the rocket launcher is in the east room.

facing the blue room is north, I should have said right and left instead of east and west, but I'm kinda tired and not thinking too strait.
