Lightning 770 too low voltage? GPU-Z VDDC

Different chips have different levels of leakage. This means some cards will need a slightly higher voltage to run at advertised speeds while some will be lower. Having a chip like yours that runs a little lower means less power usage and lower temps compared to the review you linked, though the difference will be extremely small.
