lighting mods

Ok I've read through a fair amount of stuff to better educate myself on this topic, so here goes.

I recently replaced one of my boring old case fans with a new fan with 4 blue leds, one on each corner. It lights up the case fairly well and I like it.

Now, I also have a UV reactive cpu fan. In order to light this up, I guess I will need UV lighting. My question is, do you think the UV reactive cpu fan will light up enough to be noticed next to the new bright case fan? Thanks all in advance.

not to semi-revive a dead thread that was never responded to, but a quick update to my ghetto mods

i installed a case window. got the kit for $20+tax at a local Best Buy - 'mutantmods'. came with the acrylic window, molding and a molding "locking strip".

i didn't have the tools to cut the main hole, so my father-in-law took the case panel and cut the hole fairly accurately using a grinder. when i got it back and installed the molding strip, i realized the window needed slightly more clearance on one edge so I borrowed my neighbour's hand tool (dremel) and did some minor work on the problem area.

the molding was easy to install but getting the window inside the groove was a whole other story... had to be quite patient with it and use a flathead screwdriver to wedge it in. when it was finally in, i installed the locking strip with ease, and my first official case mod is done. maybe i'll post a pic one day.

still wondering about the UV issue. let this be considered the longest bump ever.
