In a 2 monitor setup is it ok for the main to have lightboost on and the secondary (accessory) to not?

I have a main VG248QE and then a regular 60hz standard Acer screen as a secondary. it seems to work fine, but just want to make sure that its not bad for the videocards or screens?
 
Lightboost happens on the monitor and no where else, the operating system is entirely unaware of it. No issues at all.
