First, go to the hardware store to buy some sort of manual pump and some copper piping that could be bent into helical coils.

Rig up the pump and pipe so that the coils would be over top of the fireplace.

Then, light the match, light the oil lamp, then use the oil lamp to light the fire.

Pump the bathwater through the coils over the fire, and it will heat the bathwater efficiently.
