12.5 is pretty steep for a rollover, though if the windshield fits, the car can't be that much messed up.

Prime candidate for a CF roof.

From the damage I would almost think that it just went down into a ditch and ended up leaning on its roof.

Bumps on the roof = was sitting on it at one point.

If it actually ended up resting with the majority of its weight on the roof it would have probably done more damage. As others have mentioned, you'd probably have issues fitting the windshield.

If it went down into the ditch and ended up mostly on its side it could have had some of its weight on the roof, enough to dent the sheet metal but not enough to bend the structure.

Still, I wouldn't buy this car. Maybe if it was dirt cheap it would be worth it, but the damage they're showing isn't enough to total it. To me it sounds like there may be an issue that they aren't saying, possibly a mechanical issue if they allowed it to run while it was on it's side/top.

The big point, it is SALVAGED title. Meaning if you get it and insure it and you crash it the insurance company may only pay out a few 1000 because it is a salvaged title. Salvaged means the damage that was done was like 90% or more of the cars value at the time of the accident usually.

I would stay away.

No way you'd be able to fit a windshield in if it ended up resting on the roof

I was looking at this last night and it doesn't look like they used the factory seals or whatever on the windshield.

It might show up straight on a frame machine, but I would not touch it unless planning on turning it into a rally type car.

Subarus are disgustingly overpriced. Imprezas (even non-WRX models) are hit hard with the ricer tax and Legacy owners seem to think they are luxury cars.
