Light a candle...

I ask for all of you a favor. If you have an extra candle sitting around, light it in memory of those who have lost their lives and suffered in this tragedy.

I have one lit in my room right now and I'll leave it burning until it needs to be put out.

We had one lit at school today in one of the Peer Resource classrooms. A whole bunch of people came by and wrote on a bunch of post it notes to those who lost their lives. Hundreds of them are on the walls. Tomorrow, we're gonna set up a charity box around the whole school and another memorial wall.

EDIT: We'll be sending the money collected over to NY to help out those who need it.
